Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Edie & Rowe London order. If you are not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, hosiery and pierced jewellery cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken.
  • Items that show signs of wear, perfume, make-up, damage or alteration will not be accepted.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at contact@edieandrowelondon.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed your return.
  3. Send the parcel to the return address below, using a tracked service. Please keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind or wrong size: return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement. If more than 15 working days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@edieandrowelondon.com.

The original delivery cost is refunded only if the whole order is returned because of a fault or an error on our part.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
