Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on edieandrowelondon.com. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products
We sell women's fashion and accessories, subject to availability. We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur because of screen settings. Please check the size guide and product description before ordering.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT. Delivery is free to the United Kingdom. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may confirm or cancel your order.
4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of stock issues, suspected fraud or pricing error, and will refund any amount paid.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout by debit or credit card and wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are encrypted and processed securely by our payment providers.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom, free of charge, in an estimated 8 to 10 working days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when you or a person you nominate takes delivery.
7. Your right to cancel and our 30-day returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. We go further and accept returns for 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described or incorrect, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us as soon as possible with photos and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, and we will cover return costs.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, nor affects your statutory rights.
10. Personal data
We process your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website belongs to Edie & Rowe London. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We will always try to resolve complaints amicably first: contact@edieandrowelondon.com.
