Meet Clemence, cut high at the waist and wide all the way to the floor. Two deep inverted pleats on each leg open from the waistband, a single button and belt loops sit at the front over a concealed fly, and slanted side pockets take your hands. The fabric is matte, with a fine diagonal texture, and the hem is plain.

With a tucked-in knit and flats for the office, or with a fitted top and a heel when the evening needs a little more.
