Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free in the UK. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery usually takes 8 to 10 working days from order confirmation. Items are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses, outside the UK.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track my order page with your order number and email. Tracking information is also sent by email once your order has shipped.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Full details are in our Refund policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card and with Apple Pay. Prices are in British pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. See our Payment policy.
